2016 Off Season Training Starts 18 January 2016!

Off-season training  includes:

  1. Individualized weight lifting and conditioning
  2. Spring Saturday Skills training
  3. Individual and team camps.

A football player in training generally lifts 4-5 times a week, runs 2-3 times a week, stretches daily, and stays on track without long pauses.  If you cannot get to a weight set, then pushups, situps, and pullups and squats will make you stronger than you might think!

Coaches will be posting offseason workout plans shortly.  It is important that you work constantly in this offseason with weight training, speed and agility sessions, stretching, diet, and study of your position.  Remember, you must develop leg explosion, chest strength, arm extension, quick feet, and endurance.  Weight you put on must be good weight.  Your body is growing still, and you must fuel it with good foods, hydration, and sleep.
