What is NVHAA? The NVHAA Centurions is an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit organization that depends solely on registration fees, fund raising, donations, and sponsorships to cover all its expenses. NVHAA was established to provide homeschooled middle and high school men and women (ages 12-18) the opportunity to play legitimate competitive junior varsity and varsity sports.
Currently, NVHAA is growing a tremendous rate. Since it was incorporated in 2015, it is has grown to fourteen teams in seven programs and supports over 200 student athletes. Because homeschooling continues to grow in the region, NVHAA will continue to grow and offer sponsors a large dedicated advertising group.
Donations, sponsorships, and prayers are always very welcome! No Donation is too small! The NVHAA Presidents Donation Letter outlines the goals for teams and the necessity for donations and sponsorships. Remember, all donations are tax-deductible!
Some BENEFITS for donors and sponsors may include, but are not limited to:
- Individual or business logo and website displayed on a court-side banner during home games
- Individual or business logo and website listed on the NVHAA website
- recognition in the team home game program or announced at home games
- recognition at NVHAA facebook page
- Free Spirit Wear NVHAA T-shirt or other equal value item
- Donation is tax-deductible
There are MANY ways you or your organization can help in supporting the NVHAA Centurions

- Direct Donation/Sponsorship: BEST WAY! Send a direct donation or download the fillable DONATION/SPONSOR FORM and email it to nvhaatreasurer@gmail.com or mail it along with your donation to the NVHAA Treasurer, c/o Dave Keener, 10457 Genna Lane, Manassas, VA 20112. NOTE: There are suggested donation levels, but ANY donation is WELCOME! Please make checks out to “NVHAA” and if you would like your donation applied to a specific program, please indicate that in the memo line.
- Paypal: Donation payments can be made through Paypal. Search for nvhaatreasurer@gmail.com or Northern Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, Inc.
- Tithing: Several families tithe to NVHAA. If you feel so called, please consider donating at least a portion of your tithe to NVHAA. You can give your tithe to any Board member or mail it to the NVHAA Treasurer, c/o Dave Keener, 10457 Genna Lane, Manassas, VA 20112.
- Facebook Fundraisers: If you have a facebook page, check out the options to start your own facebook fundraiser for NVHAA.
- Business Matching: Check with your business to see if they will match any of your donations or volunteer hours!
- Guidestar: NVHAA is a Silver Participant at the Guidestar website where you can donate directly online right now by clicking NVHAA Guidestar.
