Fall Season: usually annually from the beginning of August to the end of October.
Practices/Locations: 3-4 days a week in the afternoon at a gym in Manassas.
Off-Season: Open Gym is offered in the Spring. It is normally held once a week in the afternoon at a gym in Manassas. Minimal costs. All prospective girls age 12-18 are welcome!
Summer Team Camp: General Information: Gold Medal Squared Team Camp, generally 8:00-5:30 p.m., in either June or July, Cost around $250-$300 at a location in Manassas.
Game Schedule: 8-10 games, during weekday late afternoons/evenings. A few weekend tournaments.
Tournaments: Depends on availability/interest. Possible additional cost and on weekends. Compete against homeschool and private school teams.
